The EP entitled An Eternal Flame, is about Love. Love for self, a person , our planet , a planet. Each track filled with emotion and hope
“Indeterminate Path” A wonderful percussive top line effortless in nature plays soulfully over typical B12 eerie Pads and Drums. This time the wonderful sound of the Roland TB303 joins the soundscape to add to this thoughtful track. as it delivers its repetitive and simple yet enchanting melody
“Core Meltdown” Quite an aggressively underpinned track for such a loving EP. However gaining acceptance of the powerful drum and bass parts the top line in the track ( again a gorgeous percussive bass-line ) will take you on a journey somewhere calm and serene.
“Carriage 12” Join this train / ship / craft in the only carriage that makes sense - Number 12. A slow journey featuring some truly lush heart felt pad arrangements that speak a language of hope and tranquility yet also convey the perpetual sadness the producer feels.
“Moon Struck” A track that started life as a time constrained experiment. A track for the planet and the love that is contained on this ball in space. Not alone as we spin on its axis; looking outward for the greater universal love and acceptance. A driving little beat takes us on this spiritual journey as the lifeforms in “Carriage 12” look on - God Bless x
Finished in glorious blue and white marble vinyl with exclusive full colour artwork by the wonderful Catherine Prendergast AKA Cellar Door
FireScope Records like its parent label B12 Records - A label core to the UK techno scene with roots starting in the early 90’s launched by Michael Golding and Steven Rutter, will exist in conjunction with B12 Records and has the same ethos, quality music, quality packaging, without compromise and a product that will stand the test of time. FireScope will diversify somewhat, not just deep meaningful techno, but also techno with vocals, real songs with real meaning.
